Day 11: Safari 16-02-2013
At 8;30 we got our buddies at school and went to a safari park. The bus trip was very long so it was a little bit boring in the bus. When we arrived in the safari park everybody was happy to walk again or to stretch his or her legs. The cars were we drove in were very big and high, so if the animals would try to attack us, they wont get us easily. We had to sign a kind of contract so the park wasn’t guilty when something happened to us. We saw four of the Big 5 but the fifth one only lives in the night. But we also saw other kind of animals. We got lunch in the park. And we could make music our selves with djembes. When we were back at the hostel we got something to eat in the shop in Genadendal. When we got back we played a game of cards and we had diner. After the diner we played again a game of cards. This evening we had a meeting about the fundraising. When we finally slept Sem and Bas had to spew. So everybody was awake again, but this wasn’t a problem.
Day 12: Hermanus 17-02-2013
Today we went to Hermanus we went to see sharks and maybe some whales. Was a long trip and we arrived to late. At least the boat didn’t left without us. We got a swimming fest and could go on the boat. First we saw a lot of seals, looked like it were rocks. Unfortunately I didn’t saw any sharks some of us did. On our way back I fell asleep on the boat. We got breakfast and we had Wi-Fi so we could watch football. After the breakfast we went to the beach here we saw 10 Ferraris. The sea was very cold but there were big waves. We went to the center of Hermanus it wasn’t big but it was nice. We eat something at Wimpy. When we got home we all took a shower and played a game of cards.
